The Forbes Shire is home to over 40 parks, available for everyone in Forbes to enjoy! In recent times, Forbes Shire Council has been successful in securing grant funding to upgrade facilities, as well as additional infrastructure projects such as the Ninja Park, which has proved a hit in the community!

  • Jenny Murphy Park has seen the addition of a flying fox and basket swing, with more works to come!
  • A shade sail has been installed at The Water Park, making it more user friendly and protecting our loved ones in the summer months when usage is high!
